This is a set of ceramic sake cups depicting the Rokkasen or the six celebrated poets of ancient Japan. The set consists of seven cups in total, six featuring the poets and one marked with a family crest. It offers a glimpse into the refined court culture of the past. Regarding the condition, there is a visible scratch on one of the cups. Furthermore, the wooden storage box is heavily damaged and broken in parts. Please take these physical flaws into account.
